How our request form works
Our website form prepares a text message on your own device. The page does not send the message itself or store the form entries on a website server. You choose whether to send the message in your messaging app.
After you send a text
Messages you send to Viper may be retained on our business devices or messaging services so we can respond to your inquiry, provide service and maintain records. Your mobile carrier or messaging app may also process your message under its own policies.
